A student nurse is looking for help for her school bills

I am a young 22 year old student, I am in my junior year at school. I am a nursing student who know what she wants, I need your help for the coming school year. I have to pay my bills by august 1st, I need a laptop because when you are a junior it is better to have one, I have to pay room and board because I am an international student and my whole school year will cost me around $15000.
PLease help me, I will be by the grace of God graduated in may 2009.
